შპს „გოუტრიპის“ მოთხოვნითა და ინტელექტუალური საკუთრების მსოფლიო ორგანიზაციის (WIPO) არბიტრაჟისა და მედიაციის ცენტრის გადაწყვეტილების (საქმე № DGE2026-0008) საფუძველზე, დომენი gtrip.ge ჩამოერთვა მის მფლობელს.

ჩამორთმევის საფუძველი გახდა შპს „გოუტრიპის“ კუთვნილ სასაქონლო ნიშანზე („GoTrip“) უფლებების დარღვევა.

კომპანია მომავალშიც აქტიურად გააგრძელებს საკუთარი ინტელექტუალური საკუთრებისა და კანონიერი უფლებების დაცვას.

At the request of GoTrip LLC and pursuant to the decision of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center (Case No. DGE2026-0008), the domain name gtrip.ge has been transferred/revoked from its holder.

The basis for the decision was the infringement of trademark rights belonging to GoTrip LLC ("GoTrip").

The company will continue to actively protect its intellectual property and legal rights going forward.
